Kennedy, Jack and their families drove all the way from Wisconsin to elope in the rugged mountains of Grand Teton National Park in early June! They have spent some time in the park before and decided to use it as the location to start their greatest adventure yet. This day was the perfect mix of adventure and including your family on an all day elopement experience here in Grand Teton National Park! Their sunrise to sunset elopement in Grand Teton National Park was 16 hours filled with unending scenic beauty, quality time with their family, perfect private moments, and more!

Sunrise Hike for Private Vows
The day started with a 4 am wake up call to make it to the top of Mill Creek Trail by the time the sun rose! Since Kennedy and Jack brought some friends and family with them for their ceremony later in the day, they wanted to make sure they had some private time at sunrise for some vows overlooking the backside of the Teton mountain range, and it was so serene! It had the wildflowers just like Kennedy wanted and no one else was around. It was the perfect way to start their elopement day!
Breakfast Picnic at a Rustic Airbnb
After having the perfect private moment up on the trail, we drove back to their rustic ranch Airbnb back in Driggs for a breakfast picnic! Kennedy and Jack made some avocado toast and brought a blanket out to enjoy the views of the mountains from the rental before it was time to start getting ready for their adventure.
Getting Ready & First Look in Driggs
When everyone had finished getting ready, Kennedy met Jack in her stunning dress from Elaine's in the field out behind the rental for a breathtaking first look with snow-capped mountains as their backdrop. Jack's suit from J. Crew matched the blue hues in the mountains behind them! They shared their moment together with several smiles and laughs, it was so beautiful and heartfelt.
Ceremony at The Wedding Tree
The Wedding Tree is a stunning ceremony site located about 45 minutes outside of Jackson, WY. The site has the best views of the Teton range and of the valley surrounding it below, you can see for miles! The two trees on the hilltop frame you perfectly as you say your I do's, and since it was still early June, it sprinkled rain for a little bit, but that didn't distract from the beauty or the happiness this day held. It held off enough for Kennedy and Jack to get married at this gorgeous ceremony site!
Grand Teton National Park Bridals
We then drove further into the park after the ceremony to take these absolutely breathtaking bridal photographs! The road in the national park follows the mountain range quite a ways in and the mountains are always in view out your car window. We came to this spot on the far end of the park where we had this field and panoramic views of the Tetons as the background for their bridals! Kennedy and Jack got to prance around in their wedding attire, while onlookers were honking as they drove by and fellow visitors cheering congratulations to the happy couple! We of course also stopped at the National Park sign on the way back too!
Dinner with Family and Friends
When we arrived back to their Airbnb, their family had set up a gorgeous table scape from Sky High Event Rentals in preparation for dinner! It was super pretty, I was having such a fun time taking detail photos of the table! In Season did an outstanding job catering delicious wood fired pizzas for their elopement dinner. Kennedy and Jack then spent the rest of the time listening to their family give heartfelt speeches and toasts, and eating delicious cake decorated with the Teton mountains by Dulce Baking Co. to finish off the night!

Grand Teton National Park Elopement Photographer
The Tetons are seriously one of my favorite places ever to photograph an elopement, as the mountains are stunning and several places are easy access to get stunning photos. Kennedy and Jack wrote this review after our adventure in Grand Teton National Park together:
"I HIGHLY recommend Karlie for anyone looking for an elopement photographer! From the moment I began talking with Karlie about our wedding, I could sense how much thought and care she puts into her work. She supported us in every step of the planning process. From phone calls, emails, and text messages, to thoughtful welcome gifts, location scouting, and even taking the time to meet us before out big day, she thought of everything! She helped us plan out day in a way that was truly unique to us and made us feel so comfortable along the way. Karlie is a kind, creative, and rockstar of a human that we were lucky enough to have capture our beautiful day! We are absolutely in love with the photos Karlie took and were left speechless by how well she captured us. She is 110% worth the investment. Thank you so much Karlie!!"
